Position: Independent Teacher (Permanent)
Year 3 Class Teacher - Independent Primary School
Balham | April Start | Full Time

Reeson Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded independent primary school in Balham that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team from April on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a setting known for small class sizes, high academic standards and strong pastoral care. The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons while nurturing pupils' confidence, independence and curiosity as they transition into Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

Have experience teaching within UK primary schools, ideally in KS2

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and high expectations for pupil progress

Be confident creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents

Hold up-to-date safeguarding training or be willing to complete this
