Contract: Full-time

Pay Rate: £30-£40 per hour

A well-established college in Harrow is seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer to join their team. This role is ideal for a dynamic educator with a strong professional background in nursing and experience teaching T Level Health pathways.

• Deliver engaging lessons across Health & Social Care courses, including T Levels

• Draw upon professional nursing experience to enrich teaching and learning

• Support students through effective assessment, feedback, and guidance

• Contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance processes

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learner experience and outcomes

• Professional background in nursing

• Experience teaching or delivering T Level Health content

• Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A commitment to student success and inclusive teaching
