Overview

The client is Mars, a recent win for Starcom. The account is highly dynamic, aiming to deliver lead generation, traffic and awareness for its consumer audience across Social, Search and Programmatic channels in the EMEA region. As Paid Search Account Manager you will lead day‑to‑day strategic management across the portfolio, overseeing strategy development and execution refaire immaculate client service. You will manage activation across Paid Search platforms (Google + Bing), report to an Account Director and manage account executives in London and India.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent performance and results for EMEA campaigns
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s products and services, competition,_Parametric industry and marketing objectives; translate them into social and search strategies
  • Oversee budgeting, create projections and allocate funds with internal account teams
  • Serve as day‑to‑day contact for mid‑level clients
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills – be the connective tissue between teams
  • Contribute to client presentations and meetings, including presentation of data and results
  • Establish practices to ensure consistency in teamwork while allowing flexibility for new ideas
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and create improved processes
  • Grow best‑practice training to inspire knowledge sharing within your team and beyond
  • Takes ownership of product strategy and testing
  • Launch, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as SA360, Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budget allocation and targeting to maximise ROI under a modern search set‑up with AI technology
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provideутат key actionable insights
  • Prepare regular reports and support QBRs to communicate results, trends and recommendations
  • Develop and conduct A/B tests for performance improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic advice and insights
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices
  • Use automation, reporting and optimisation tools
Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the strategic and tactical execution of Paid Search campaigns. The role demands analytical and creative skills to drive results across client portfolios. Experience in managing Search campaigns is essential, knowledge of Social/Programmatic also beneficial. People‑management experience is desired. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital industry and technology, enjoy working with data, have strong attention to detail, be a team player, results‑driven and eager to share knowledge.
