Joining ITG on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract
, you'll join as our new Marketing Production Manager to orchestrate the delivery of multi‑channel creative campaigns from brief to go‑live. You’ll manage timelines and budgets, keep stakeholders aligned, and partner closely with internal design teams and external production suppliers to ensure every asset is executed to spec. If you thrive on structure, communication, and quality control—and you enjoy spotting risks early and keeping projects moving—this role will give you real ownership across packaging, POS, VM, digital, and press.
- Project manage the delivery of assigned creative campaigns across packaging, POS, VM, digital, and press— from brief through to live execution.
- Attend and actively contribute to key project meetings, updating on timelines, delivery progress, and any risks to schedule or budget.
- Support the maintenance of agendas and documentation for project reviews, WIPs, and team stand‑ups— ensuring actions are captured and followed up.
- Track and manage project timelines using critical paths and project management tools, escalating risks of late delivery or non‑delivery.
- Ensure quality execution of all assets across all touchpoints—working closely with internal design teams and external production partners.
- Manage supplier touchpoints, flagging issues, and ensuring all third‑party deliverables are to spec, on time, and on budget.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Production Manager on budget tracking, supplier performance, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Keep stakeholders informed at every stage, providing regular updates and ensuring shared tools and trackers are up to date.
- Support the implementation of best practice in omnichannel delivery—ensuring consistency and quality across in‑store and digital.
- Proven track record in managing creative production across Digital, Print, Press, OOH, and POS.
- Experience working in retail marketing environments and understanding omni‑channel customer journeys.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously and engaging with stakeholders across creative, commercial, and supplier teams.
- Solid understanding of brand guardianship and delivering work within brand guidelines.
- Highly organised with strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Digital‑first mindset and understanding of integrated campaign delivery.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to influence peers and suppliers alike.
- Resourceful, solutions‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
