Mountview is a leading drama school focused on building future creative talent. Our community and education programmes aim to make the dramatic arts inclusive and accessible for all ages and abilities.

We are looking for a Head of Theatre for Community & Education to run our MA in Theatre for Community & Education. The role involves planning and delivering course content, ensuring students receive high‑quality tuition, and aligning the curriculum with the needs of the participatory arts sector.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, student support, coordination with Postgraduate, Undergraduate, Production and Participation teams, and maintaining partnership links with local communities.

Salary: £42,000–£43,000 per annum (depending on experience).
