Hours:

37 hours per week, Term Time Only 36 + 2 weeks per year

• Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students.
• Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence.
• Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track.
• Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.

• Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching). All are welcome.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting diverse learners.
• Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
