LOCATION: Stamford Bridge, with regular delivery at educational establishments in London & Surrey.
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time
JOB FUNCTION: Coordinate and deliver across the breadth of the Schools Education Department’s programmes. This will include delivery across a range of established funded programmes, including Premier League Primary Stars, Premier League Players Project Pilot, and other funded projects that include equality and diversity programmes, STEM education programmes and other Schools Education initiatives.

You’ll Be (Main Responsibilities)- To lead, plan and deliver engaging activities for targeted groups of children and young people participating in Schools Education activities
- To recruit, retain and manage the relationships with schools, educational establishments and other community settings prior to any programme delivery.
- To communicate with schools and educational settings prior to programme delivery to ensure retention, commitment and safeguarding.
- To ensure that all data, monitoring and evaluation is captured and inputted onto the relevant secure data capture platforms for reporting purposes.
- To be a positive role model, creating a safe, positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage children and young people to learn.
- To undertake any other Foundation activities that may be required in addition to the role
- To demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and provide support to others across the Foundation with developing their own knowledge.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and identified groups including schools, colleges, local authority, voluntary sector organisations and other funders.
- To achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by the Schools Education Manager and Head of Education.
- To attend regular team and organisation meetings reporting key performance achievements/areas for improvement.
- To demonstrate the ability to drive and innovate new and existing opportunities individually and as part of a dynamic team.
- To demonstrate the ability to work in a confident and flexible manner, and understand the importance of private and confidential material.
- To ensure success stories are captured through working with Chelsea FC Foundation/Chelsea FC media staff.
- Demonstrable experience in the industry sector
- Minimum NGB Level 2 Sport Coaching Qualification, Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Certificates
- HLTA Qualification or equivalent
- Clean Driving License
- Experience of working with children & young people in primary and secondary school settings.
- Understanding schools needs and challenges
- Understanding the needs of groups and participants who will be involved in the programme
- Knowledge of government agendas related to education and young people
- Ability to use a range of ICT and Multimedia for design and delivery
- An understanding of funding streams
- Experience of working within a range of educational settings
- Knowledge of Charitable Organisations
- Creative mindset to help design and implement 'Equality and Diversity Education’ programme
- Understand data security and the effective use of technology within an organisation
- Understanding of interpersonal skills and different forms of communication and techniques
