We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled, and enthusiastic Lecturer in Multi-Skills to join a high-performing Construction team in a vibrant, forward-thinking Further Education environment. If you bring deep industry knowledge, a commitment to excellence, and a flair for teaching – this is the opportunity to make your mark.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver and assess engaging, hands-on programmes across various construction trades and education levels
* Guide, mentor and support learners to reach their potential
* Play a key role in curriculum planning, quality assurance, and course leadership
* Work collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team to deliver outstanding outcomes
What You’ll Bring
* A solid background in Bricklaying, Carpentry, and Painting & Decorating
* Industry-recognised Level 3 qualification in a relevant construction trade
* A teaching qualification (or a willingness to gain one) and strong English & Maths at Level 2
* A track record of success in vocational training, assessment, or apprenticeship delivery
* Confidence in managing your time, meeting deadlines, and using digital tools effectively
* A genuine passion for education and a drive to support every learner's success
