Sen Teaching Assistant

Clear Path Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency supporting primary, secondary, and SEN schools across London. We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Workers for immediate and ongoing opportunities.

We work with a wide range of schools and provisions, including mainstream schools with SEN units, specialist SEN schools, and alternative provisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs)

* Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement in learning

* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies

* Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

* Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

Requirements

* Previous experience working with children or young people (school, SEN, or care setting)

* A patient, reliable, and professional approach

* Ability to work as part of a school team

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* Right to work in the UK
