SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary School – Dagenham

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school in Dagenham. This role involves 1:1 support as well as general classroom assistance, helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive in their learning environment.

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN
• Assist in classrooms, supporting students with a range of needs
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement learning strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with SEN students in a school setting is essential
• A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
• Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, students, and parents
• A passion for making a real difference in students’ education
