The Role – SEMH Behaviour MentorWithin this SEMH Behaviour Mentor role, you will be required to support secondary students aged 11 to 16 with social, emotional and mental health needs who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role focuses on building positive relationships, tracking behaviour triggers, delivering tailored interventions and supporting students full time throughout the day. You will help manage conflict, encourage accountable behaviour and support students to engage in learning, well preparing them for life post school.
