Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a SEMH school in Brent on a full-time, long-term basis. You will be supporting students across Key Stages 2-4 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, often on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. You will work alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support plans and promote positive behaviour strategies.

This SEMH school in Brent provides a therapeutic and structured environment for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Staff are well supported with regular CPD and training. The school is committed to helping students re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
