Are you a confident and resilient Psychology graduate looking to make a real impact in a challenging school environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN and SEMH needs in Tower Hamlets, focusing on behaviour management and pastoral care.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to support students 1:1 and in small groups, helping to manage behaviour, implement tailored support strategies, and keep students engaged in their learning.

• Gain hands‑on experience supporting students with behavioural needs
• Earn up to £500 per week in a rewarding school setting
• Work with children with ADHD, ASC, and SEMH needs, helping them develop positive coping strategies
• Collaborate with qualified SEN professionals, Behaviour Mentors, and Educational Psychologists

• Has a 2:1 or First-Class degree in Psychology or a related subject from a Top 30 UK University
• Has previous experience working with children and a passion for behaviour support
• Is interested in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Mental Health Support
• Can stay calm under pressure and build strong relationships with students
