Start: ASAP

• Supporting students in lessons, particularly those with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Using sport and physical activity as a tool to build engagement, confidence, and teamwork
• Supporting PE and sports-related sessions, both in and out of the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Acting as a positive role model and building strong professional relationships with students
• Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SEN support

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a school, college, or youth setting
• Strong interest or background in sport, physical education, or coaching
• Confident, proactive, and able to motivate students
• Calm and consistent approach to behaviour support
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to commit to a full-time role
