A Good Secondary School based in Barking and Dagenham is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Maths Teacher to start ASAP.

This Community school located in the borough of Barking & Dagenham, is looking to recruit a Maths Teacher to join their team ASAP. The school has the highest expectations and ambitions for every student. Through a large investment, the school has recently completed its rebuild and the facilities are fantastic.

This larger than average school is very supportive of its staff and is always trying to improve its expertise. Having been graded Good in its last Ofsted inspection, the report stated that "Leaders make sure that staff benefit from quality training to help them contribute towards the school's priorities. From their monitoring, leaders identify the personal training and development needs of members of staff, which they then fulfil."

The school has great public transport links nearby with a railway station and tube station both only a 10‑minute walk from the school.

Here lies the opportunity to join not only a great school, but a very successful department. They are looking to appoint a talented and dynamic Maths Teacher who will be responsible for teaching Maths to KS3 – KS5. You will work alongside a large and supportive team to ensure the children have the opportunity to reach their own individual goals. With varying levels of experience within the department, both experienced Maths teachers and Newly Qualified (ECT) Maths teachers are welcomed to apply for this post.

The role will start ASAP and last for the remainder of the academic year.

To be considered for this Maths Teacher role you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• PGCE in Maths
• Experience teaching Maths KS3, KS4 and KS5
• The desire to join a very successful department and school
