Year 3 Teacher - KS2 Ealing Primary School

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting for a skilled Year 3 Teacher to join a primary school in Ealing. The school is seeking a teacher with excellent behaviour management, a warm but assertive presence, and the ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons. Pupils respond well to teachers who create consistency, maintain pace, and combine firm expectations with an encouraging, relationship-driven approach.

• Lead a Year 3 class and deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2
• Plan stimulating, differentiated lessons that support and challenge a range of learners
• Maintain strong classroom management and establish a calm, structured learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to share planning, assessment, and best practice
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

• Experience teaching in KS2 / Year 3 (highly desirable)
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to set clear expectations from day one
• Skilled at forming positive, purposeful relationships quickly
• Motivated, caring, and committed to improving outcomes for all pupils
• Confident ECTs with excellent classroom management will also be considered
