Tim Group Ltd is an established student recruitment company, operating in the UK market for the past 10 years. We are looking for a motivated Ukrainian-speaking individual to join our team, who is passionate about Further Education. You will join a growing international team and will be responsible for converting inquiries from mainly Ukrainian candidates (but not exclusive) who are interested in studying in the UK and then assisting them to enroll in our partner universities.

We’re looking for a candidate who excels at connecting with people and has the insight to recommend the most suitable university for each student. Target-driven and committed to exceeding expectations, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us. Previous experience in the field is a plus but not necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact candidates via phone, email, or text;
  • Assess Inquiries and Applicants' Academic background;
  • Liaise with our partner universities in a professional and timely manner;
  • Self-motivate and self-manage your students' portfolio through positive relationship management;
  • Create and maintain relevant marketing strategies to attract new prospective students;
  • Prepare candidates for their chosen university's application process;
  • Assist enrolled students with their Student Finance England applications;
  • Manage the Ukrainian social media accounts (Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook) - regular posts will be required, the candidate must be comfortable shooting, editing and posting videos and banners. No previous experience is required.
  • Requirements:

    • Native or Fluent Ukrainian speaker
    • Good written and spoken English
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

    Schedule:

    Two days per week on-site (10 am to 6 pm). Additional flexible working hours from home on demand. Depending on the period, those could be between 8hrs and 16hrs per week- subject to demand and your availability.

    Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

    Base Salary: £12.21 per hour

    Supplemental pay types:

    Bonus scheme- after fulfilling intake student targets (3 intakes per year)- £250 per successfully enrolled student (no bonus applies for students within the target)
