Cover Supervisor (Ideal for Drama Graduates) - Tower Hamlets
Salary: £100 - £130 per day

Are you a Drama graduate looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching?
The Role:- Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom engagement
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere
- Gain valuable experience in a variety of school settings
- A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in leading a classroom
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Previous experience in a school or working with children is beneficial but not essential
- Competitive daily rates (£100 - £130 per day)
- Flexible working arrangements to suit your availability
- Ongoing training and support
- A pathway into teacher training for those considering a PGCE
