Marketing & Operations Executive

Hailsham Chambers are seeking a proactive, highly organised Marketing & Operations Executive to deliver exceptional marketing, events and operational support. Working closely with the Senior Clerk and Head of Operations, you will lead the Marketing Assistant and collaborate with barristers and staff to ensure all activities are impactful, professional and on‑brand.

• Drive and implement Chambers’ strategic marketing plan; monitor performance and introduce data‑led improvements
• Leading and supervising the Marketing & Events Assistant
• Manage the client database and lead Legal Directories submissions, including researcher liaison and ranking analysis
• Plan and deliver seminars, webinars and client events, ensuring flawless execution
• Oversee website and social media channels; publish engaging content and report on analytics
• Act as a point of contact for IT support; assist with onboarding/offboarding and maintain SharePoint/Intranet
• Support health & safety, office moves and ad‑hoc administrative tasks

• 4/5 years’ experience in marketing, events and digital (chambers/legal services preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of leading and supervising team members
• Meticulous attention to detail and an organised and proactive approach
• Confident using client management systems and social platforms
• Comfortable coordinating suppliers and IT/facilities tasks
