Learning and Development Trainer

Macmillan Davies are partnered with a law firm that are looking for an experienced legal learning and development professional to design and deliver high-quality skills training and coaching for our junior and mid-level legal professionals and central teams.

Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development, you will play a key role in implementing our firm-wide L&D strategy, ensuring our people have the skills and capabilities needed to support the firm's long-term strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, develop practical and engaging training programmes, and keep our learning approaches aligned with best practice in the legal sector.

This role can be full-time or part-time (3-5 days per week). We are open to shaping the scope of the role for the right person.

Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the legal industry, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and experience designing and delivering effective skills training. You enjoy working collaboratively, staying current with industry trends, and building relationships that enable meaningful learning and development.
