Cover Supervisor Train Teaching

Paddington Academy is inviting applications for the Cover Supervisor – Train to Teach role.

The successful candidate will work full time – 37.5 hours per week – term time only, and will be part of the lead school for United Learning SCITT, giving you a head start on teacher training from September 2026.

• Cover classes on a turn‑based basis, ensuring smooth learning continuity.
• Induct new trainee teachers and provide weekly CPD to prepare you for teacher training.
• Mentor trainee teachers and support their development through regular meetings.
• Maintain discipline policy and help protect teacher time.
