• Leading the Sports department to ensure that high quality teaching is offered to children in all age groups
• Establishing a stimulating environment for all children and actively promoting a love of sport.
• Developing an engaging curriculum with colleagues, using innovative approaches in line with the vision and ethos of the Academy

• A passion for delivering top quality teaching and learning experiences and the ability to coach and mentor others to do the same
• A desire to continue to strive for excellence and continuous improvement
• An ability to liaise with a range of sporting stakeholders to promote and encourage physical wellbeing through a range of sports and competitions.
