Role: Lead Private Educator & Learning Guide (Bespoke Home Education)

Candidate Profile: QTS/PGCE Qualified Teacher with a passion for 1:1 Mastery Learning.

We are seeking a formally trained and highly experienced Educator to lead the academic development of our daughters. This role is designed for a teacher who excels at high-level pedagogical strategy but" approach over the constraints of a traditional 30-child classroom.

Our daughter uses the Alpha Anywhere AI-driven system for their core academic progression. Your role is not to lecture, but to act as a Lead Mentor, ensuring their academic rigor remains world‑class while they pursue an elite schedule of dance, music, and athletics.

• Curriculum Oversight: Actively monitor Alpha AI data to ensure mastery. Provide "precision interventions" using professional training to explain complex concepts (Math/Literacy) that require human nuance.
• Pedagogical Tailoring: Adapt the curriculum to their specific learning style, they are challenged beyond the "standard" year-group expectations.
• Inquiry‑Based Learning: Curate "London as a Classroom" experiences, linking academic modules to London’s cultural assets.
• Holistic Assessment: Provide regular, professional reporting on their cognitive and social‑emotional development, ensuring they remain above the level of peers in top‑tier London independent schools.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Act as the Educational Lead, liaising with specialist coaches (Tennis, Dance, Music, Acting) to ensure the schedule is optimized for performance and rest.
