Experienced School Caretakers

Experienced School Caretakers Required in North London. Classroom Teachers Ltd is currently recruiting experienced School Caretakers to join our books. We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working within an educational environment, either as a caretaker or facilities manager. Position Details:
Full-time or part-time roles available Flexibility required Hours may range from as early as 6:00/6:30 AM to as late as 6:00 PM (later hours possible for events) As a School Caretaker, you will be a key holder with potential responsibilities for opening and closing the premises. You should have experience in maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

General maintenance of the school building and grounds. Repairing faults across the school and playground areas. Conducting fire safety, security, and health & safety checks. Assisting with event setup and breakdown. Supporting colleagues with ad hoc caretaking tasks as required. Ensuring the school and its grounds remain clean and well-maintained. Coordinating with internal and external contractors. Managing grounds maintenance tasks. You will need to communicate effectively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and students to ensure projects and tasks run smoothly.
