SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting a Year 4 Teacher for a popular primary school in Ealing, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher-or a confident ECT-to secure a rewarding role in a supportive Ealing primary school from January 2026.
The Role - Year 4 Class Teacher (Upper KS2)
The appointed teacher will have full class responsibility for a settled and motivated Year 4 class. The school is seeking a teacher who delivers high-quality teaching, maintains strong routines, and builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Teach a Year 4 class within Upper Key Stage 2, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Maintain clear behaviour expectations and a calm, focused classroom culture
Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 4 teacher on planning, assessment, and moderation
Communicate effectively with parents and contribute positively to the wider school community
About You
Proven experience teaching Year 4 or Upper KS2 (preferred)
Strong classroom management skills and a consistent, positive approach to behaviour
Passionate about pupil progress, inclusion, and high expectations
A team player who values shared planning and professional collaboration
Confident ECTs with strong behaviour management skills are encouraged to apply
