- Support students across all GCSE subjects, helping them reach their academic potential.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning interventions and classroom support.
- Build positive, professional relationships with students who may display challenging behaviour, using patience, consistency, and effective behaviour management strategies.
- Help maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Experienced in supporting young people with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs.
- Confident in providing academic support up to GCSE level across a range of subjects.
- Calm under pressure, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
- A strong communicator who can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm).
