We're seeking reliable, compassionate, and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils in schools across East London - particularly in Newham, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, and surrounding boroughs.

Whether covering staff absences, family emergencies, or short-term gaps, your role will be vital in ensuring continuity of learning and care for every child who needs support.

About the Role

Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Encourage pupils to develop life skills, regulate emotions, and engage with learning

Work across primary and secondary school settings depending on school needs

Be flexible and ready to adapt to new environments and individual pupil needs

Build strong, positive relationships with staff, pupils, and families

Key Details

Hours:

8:00/8:30 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM

Location:

East London (primarily Newham and nearby boroughs)

Pay: £90 - £115 per day

Age Range: 5 - 19 years

Needs Supported:
Autism, ADHD, SEMH, life skills, 1:1 and group support

Experience:

All levels welcome - full training provided
