Learning Support Assistant - Barking and Dagenham
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our SEN team in Barking and Dagenham. This Learning Support Assistant role is to work with students aged 11-19, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will contribute to high-quality education and training. Our centre in Barking and Dagenham is committed to inclusive learning and strong community values.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students aged 11-19
Assist with personalised learning plans and adapted classroom tasks
Support communication, emotional regulation, and social development
Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to deliver tailored support
