Daily Rate: £85-£105 per day

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from 3rd November
. This role involves providing one-to-one support for a Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupil with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom.

The school is looking for a patient, proactive Teaching Assistant who can build strong relationships and adapt support strategies to meet individual learning and emotional needs.

• Provide consistent one-to-one support for a pupil in KS1.
• Assist with classroom learning, communication, and social development.
• Implement tailored strategies to support engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support plans.
• Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
