A specialist SEN/SEMH school in Tottenham seeks a dedicated coach to engage students with unique educational and social-emotional needs. You'll create inclusive sports programs designed to build students' confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Working with students facing behavioural challenges, you'll need strong behaviour management skills and a positive, adaptable approach to support their growth.

Your coaching background equips you with essential skills in leadership, motivation, and resilience-qualities that make a meaningful difference in a specialist school setting. Whether it's fostering teamwork, guiding students to set and achieve goals, or using positive reinforcement techniques, you'll help students develop essential life skills both on and off the field.

Ideal Candidate:

Background in coaching with experience working with SEN/SEMH youth.
Resilient, with excellent communication and motivation skills.
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
