Applicants will provide input for a male inpatient ward (Evans ward, Clare ward) or a female inpatient ward (Virginia Woolf ward).
All teams will have a full complement of MDT staff, including a Consultant Psychiatrist, one middle grade Doctor (ST level), and two CT/Trust grade doctors per ward.

Responsibilities- Assessing new patients and managing all patients admitted to the ward, including in-depth clinical interviews, mental state and risk assessments, general physical examination, requesting investigations (e.g., ECG, bloods) and formulating appropriate treatment plans with the clinical team.
- Attending daily team hand‑over and other clinical meetings, and twice‑weekly ward rounds.
