Project Architect - High-End Residential

Overview

A prestigious architectural practice based in West London is seeking a Project Architect to join its residential team. The studio is renowned for delivering high-end and super-prime residential properties, alongside luxury hospitality projects.

The successful candidate will initially work on a luxury private residence in Berkshire, currently at RIBA Stage 3 and moving into Stage 4. You will need to be comfortable contributing across all RIBA work stages, supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

• Contribute across all RIBA work stages, supporting projects from concept through to delivery.
• Lead a small project team and manage day-to-day project delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors, and engage in client-facing situations as required.

• Experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
• Ability to lead a small project team and manage day-to-day project delivery.
• Archicad experience would be advantageous.
