Clerkenwell | £45,000 – £52,000 salary depending on experience | Hybrid working available up to two days per week after probation
Hunter Dunning is working with a design-led Architecture practice seeking an Architect (Project) for its Clerkenwell studio. The role focuses on defence and commercial sector projects across the UK, supporting technically complex buildings from design through construction.
You will join a collaborative team delivering projects across RIBA stages while coordinating consultants, preparing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.
Your Experience- ARB registered Architect or CIAT qualified professional
- Experience in defence or commercial sectors
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong technical design capability and construction stage knowledge
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety Act
- £45,000 – £52,000 salary depending on experience
- Hybrid working available up to two days per week after probation
- Flexible working hours within a 7.5 hour working day
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Paid professional memberships including RIBA or CIAT
- Discretionary annual bonus
