Associate Architect | High End Resi & Commercial | £70k + Bonus

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Associate with experience of running medium-large scale projects to join an award winning, mid‑sized architectural practice with a diverse range of projects. The successful Associate will run a team and lead several of their high‑profile projects through RIBA Stages 0‑6.

Our client is a mid‑sized (25 people) design‑led practice in Central London who are specialists in a range of high‑end projects for both private and commercial clients. Their project portfolio is diverse including large bespoke residential and high‑end commercial projects. Projects are typically a minimum of £18‑20 million in value.

You will join the practice as an Associate and lead a team on major projects both going from stages 0‑6. You will join the senior leadership from day 1. The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.

• Qualified architect (ARB)
• Experience using Revit is desirable
• Experience of working at an Associate level in an established UK‑based architectural practice
• Experience working on high end residential, UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs
• Experience on medium or large‑scale residential projects
• Experience running a team

For the right person, the business can offer a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus bons
, while offering a hybrid working model.
