Boloni-Kuhlmann is a premium modular carpentry and interior furnishing brand that was first conceptualised and manufactured in Germany with 100 years of heritage, and chic Italian designs cutting across its product lines. It has been headquartered in Beijing under the Boloni brand since 1992, and expanded its Asian and global presence exponentially with numerous mega showrooms all over China and the region.

In 2024, Boloni will build a stronger retail presence with regional expansion, and create strong online brand identity through social media and digital/online platforms.

Boloni-Kuhlmann works collaboratively with KAPA, the multi-disciplinary and collaborative design collective platform that curates a diverse portfolio of architects and interior designers to provide customers with a seamless and end-to-end real estate experience, from architecture, interior design, design & build, property development, asset enhancement, property acquisition and divestment services.

Lead the planning, design, and execution of landed residential projects in the local market, delivering innovative architectural solutions from project inception to completion while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.

• Lead the end-to-end planning, designing, and implementation of landed residential projects to meet client specifications and local market requirements
• Develop innovative, high-quality architectural designs and solutions by conceptualizing and preparing plans, graphics, documentation, write-ups, and specifications for project deliverables
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site workers to resolve design issues, manage submissions, and oversee site execution
• Monitor project progress against contract agreements and schedules to ensure timely and compliant completion
• Participate actively in project, technical, and consultant meetings to align project objectives and resolve challenges
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously while applying strong time management to meet deadlines
• Apply knowledge of local authorities’ regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all designs and executions adhere to legal standards
• Utilize Revit, Archi Cad, BIM, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Office software proficiently to produce and review architectural designs and project documentation
• Communicate architectural concepts and project updates clearly and effectively in written, oral, and graphic forms
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating autonomy and problem-solving capabilities
• Contribute to additional duties such as design competitions as assigned

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized tertiary institution
• At least 3 years of local work experience in architectural project design and implementation
• Conversant with local authorities’ regulations and compliances

• Eligibility for Professional Architectural accreditation
• Proficiency in Revit software (noted as an advantage)
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills
