Job Title: CSA Project Manager – Fit-Out

We are looking for a CSA Project Manager (Internals) to oversee the architectural and internal finishes on a hyperscale data centre project in London. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with extensive experience in fit‑out delivery data centre or complex commercial builds.

You will lead the internal packages from shell to final handover, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, programme, and safety targets.

• Manage the architectural, finishes, and internal CSA packages, ensuring full coordination with MEP and commissioning teams.
• Oversee all aspects of internal works including walls, partitions, raised access floors, ceilings, clean rooms, architectural finishes, and office fit-out.
• Drive quality, safety, and schedule compliance across all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work closely with design, BIM, and commissioning teams to ensure the client’s specifications and performance criteria are met.
• Chair regular progress, quality, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure snag‑free completion and smooth transition into commissioning and client handover.
• Support value engineering, buildability reviews, and change management processes.

• Recognised qualification in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 8+ years’ experience delivering fit‑out or internal works on large‑scale construction projects.
• Data centre or complex commercial project experience highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, QA/QC, and client expectations in critical environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
