As the first dedicated frontend hire, you will own the end-to-end user experience for a platform revolutionizing how companies evaluate talent. Working closely with the CTO, you will design and ship polished interfaces using Next.js and Type Script, turning complex behavioral data into actionable insights for high-growth hiring teams.

• Design and ship core product features using Next.js (App Router), Type Script, and Tailwind CSS to create seamless candidate and recruiter experiences.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on API contracts, system design, and the broader technical roadmap across the entire SaaS platform.
• Translate early‑stage product ideas into fast, polished production code while maintaining a high bar for UX quality and system performance.

• Deep technical expertise in React, Next.js, and Type Script with a proven track record of shipping real‑world SaaS products in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong product instincts and "systems thinking" ability, capable of defining technical solutions without heavy process or over‑engineering.
• Previous experience in a startup or early‑stage team, demonstrating the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership of the frontend stack.
