You’ll be joining during a period of growth, with new positions being released for qualified architects who want to step into stronger leadership and front-end involvement.

• Notable / high-end multi-unit residential (experience preferred, not essential)
• Strong pipeline across cultural, residential, mixed-use, hospitality and pavilions
• UK-led with a growing international portfolio

• Owning defined design packages with genuine autonomy (not just production)
• Driving coordination with consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Contributing to concept / planning / design development work (project-dependent)
• Supporting project running and client-facing outputs as your capability grows - with future ownership of your own projects
• Working closely with senior leadership in a studio that’s serious about craft and progression

• Medium studio advantage: scale and exposure - without being “lost in the machine”
• Direct access to high-calibre mentorship from senior leaders
• A culture built around quality, clarity and sustainability of workload (not performative late nights)
• Clear pathways into senior responsibility - and, for the right person, longer-term routes into design leadership or project/design management

• Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent) with 1-3 years post-qualification experience
• Currently (or recently) working in a reputable London-based practice
• Exposure to UK projects of scale - £10m+ construction value, multi-unit residential ideal but not essential
• Calm, reliable, design-minded - someone who raises the standard around them
• Full rights to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
