The Interior Designer plays a key role in the Company’s commercial design and proposal process. The Designer is responsible for managing design-related activities from initial lead qualification through to proposal delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently high client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify incoming leads in the CRM and maintain consistent client communication.
  • Conduct site visits, taking project notes.
  • Lead design discussions with clients during site visits and early project stages.
  • Develop design concepts and proposal materials, including layouts, visuals, and material selections.
  • Produce clear design documentation to support accurate pricing and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director on technical coordination and feasibility.
  • Contribute design input during client decision-making and negotiations.
  • Review and refine proposals following internal feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer within commercial or mixed-use environments.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience producing layouts, concepts, and design documentation for proposals.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence working collaboratively with sales, project, and pricing teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office).
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based commission and bonus structure.
  • Client-facing role with ownership over design and proposal delivery.
