Location: Greater London

We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our London studio. The role involves managing high-end interior projects from conceptual inception through to final execution. You will be responsible for translating complex client aspirations into tangible, high-spec environments.

The ideal candidate possesses a background in large-scale commercial sectors, specifically hospitality or retail. You must demonstrate a disciplined approach to detail and the ability to justify design decisions through a clear, cohesive narrative.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant design field.
  • A minimum of six years of post-graduate experience in a professional studio environment.
  • Proven history of leading projects independently and within collaborative teams.
  • Mastery of creative methodologies and the ability to maintain brand integrity across diverse spaces.
Technical Proficiency
  • CAD & Visualisation: Fluency in 2D and 3D software is required. Proficiency in Vectorworks, Photoshop, and Sketch Up is highly preferred.
  • FF&E: Advanced knowledge of material selection, finishes, and technical scheduling.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual presentation skills are essential for high-level client interactions.
  • Project Management: You must be adept at generating schedules, managing internal deadlines, and coordinating multiple workflows simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage design standards and internal project timelines.
  • Visualise and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders and visual artists.
  • Develop detailed design packages with a strong narrative focus.
  • Oversee the creative process for assigned spaces to ensure final CGI outputs meet intended specifications.
  • Generate precise plans through both hand-sketching and CAD software.
