Archibat HR is seeking a BIM Coordinator for one of our clients, an international architecture design firm with offices in UK and Middle East. The BIM Coordinator is central to creating and managing our digital project models. You will ensure these models are well-coordinated, accurate, and useful for every stage of our hospitality, residential, and retail projects.
Responsibilities- Combining models from different teams and running clash detection.
- Managing BIM processes to ensure efficient and accurate digital workflows.
- Supporting project teams with Revit and Navisworks expertise.
- Helping maintain high-quality drawings, model content, and graphic standards.
- Working closely with architects, consultants, and the BIM team.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related design field preferred.
- Typically 3–6 years of experience working with BIM on architectural projects, from design development through documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination.
- Experience using Navisworks or similar software for model coordination and clash detection within architectural disciplines.
- Understanding of BIM standards and protocols relevant to architecture (e.g., BS 1192, ISO 19650).
- Knowledge of architectural CAD standards and drawing production workflows.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with architects, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth BIM processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, focused on fostering teamwork and cross-disciplinary cooperation.
- Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced architectural design environment.
- Experience in creating and managing Revit families specific to architectural elements and components.
- Understanding of graphic standards and documentation quality control for architectural drawings.
- Position based in London.
