UX Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of digital card experiences and wallets, working on the integration of a cutting‑edge digital wallet platform.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Working hands‑on in Figma every day
• Deliver well‑structured, organised design files using an existing corporate design system
• Translate defined product requirements into high‑quality UX designs
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Service Designers
• Strong background in User Experience and Interaction Design, with a flair for Visual Design.
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to articulate your vision to both internal customers and development teams.
• Familiarity with complex landscapes, preferably within financial services.
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Strong advocacy for customer inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring designs are user‑friendly for all backgrounds and abilities.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping software (Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe XD).
• Ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative research to inform your design process.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure designs meet specifications and can be used by a broad range of users.

• Crafting an engaging end‑to‑end user experience, utilising a central design system to create a seamless journey.
• Bringing your designs to life with tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Adobe XD.
• Balancing business requirements with user needs, gathering insights from user research to align stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Service Designers.
• Supporting your work through to build and release, ensuring accurate implementation alongside engineering teams.
• Advocating for customer inclusivity and accessibility, creating designs that cater to a diverse audience.
