Architect Live Vacancy – Join a People‑Focused Residential Studio | London | Hybrid Working

A well‑established architecture studio in central London is looking to appoint an Architect to join its growing residential team. This is an opportunity to become part of a people‑focused practice delivering high‑quality residential and mixed‑use projects across the UK and internationally.

The studio is known for its calm, considered approach to architecture, placing equal value on design quality, technical rigour, and the human experience of buildings. Projects range from large‑scale master planning through to detailed delivery and interiors, with several schemes currently progressing on site and a strong pipeline secured for the year ahead.

Architects joining the team will work closely with experienced directors and project leaders in a genuinely open and democratic studio environment. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership, and grow with the practice.

The role
  • Working on residential‑led projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
  • Producing and developing detailed design information using Revit
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
Role requirements
  • Qualified Architect with strong residential project experience
  • Proven experience working from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
  • High level of Revit proficiency
  • Full right to work in the UK, no visa sponsorship available
  • Available for an immediate or short‑notice start (not essential)
What’s on offer
  • A friendly, supportive, and highly collaborative studio culture
  • Direct access to experienced directors and involvement in the wider practice
  • Opportunities to progress and take on increasing responsibility as the studio continues to grow
  • Exposure to a broad range of residential and mixed‑use projects at different scales
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Flexible working options, including work‑from‑home opportunities
  • Regular social events, CPD activities, and an annual studio trip

This role would suit Architects who enjoy working in a thoughtful environment and are looking for a long‑term position within a studio that values people, collaboration, and well‑made architecture.
