We have an exciting opportunity within our Continuity and Navigation team at Hearst Networks EMEA in our London office! Responsible for the strategic planning and technical execution of all on air graphics and voiceovers, we are looking for a driven self-starter eager to shape the viewer experience across our channels.
As a Navigation Co-ordinator, you'll play a critical role in strategising and planning On-Air graphic elements that guide our audiences through a diverse range of programming. Your primary focus will be on developing and technically executing graphic plans that not only align with our brand's vision but also enhance viewer engagement and drive retention across our UK and International channels.
You'll be responsible for the creative and strategic execution of voiceover scripts, including managing talent recordings, directing voiceovers when needed, and overseeing script development to ensure all continuity elements seamlessly reflect our brand's identity.
As well as having a strategic and creative flair and a passion for all things TV, it’s equally important that you enjoy working with systems, troubleshooting, and optimising processes for operational efficiency. A keen interest in data, technical workflows, and problem-solving is required as you will be responsible for both the Continuity and Navigation strategies, as well as the technical execution of graphics and voiceovers, ensuring they go to air as planned.
We do not expect applicants to have direct previous experience, but we are looking for transferable skills such as strong teamwork and time management. Skills such as these will help you to thrive in this role as you will work closely within your small team, as well as with the On-Air and Media Planning teams, to juggle all areas across Continuity and Navigation.
We move at a quick pace to support all our channels and programmes, but you will be supported by the Senior Navigation Executive and Head of Navigation Strategy.
This is a permanent position. This role will be hybrid based in the London office Tuesday-Thursday, working on exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.
