Store Projects Planner

We’re looking for a highly organised Project Planner to support the delivery of store projects, pop-ups, and concessions. Reporting to the Senior Store Project Manager, you’ll coordinate project activities, produce high-quality CAD and space planning drawings, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to brand standards.

• Coordinate store projects from planning through to completion
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking
• Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Sketch Up models
• Develop space plans, layouts, and technical drawings
• Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with Building Regulations
• Liaise with internal teams, retail brands, and external partners

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a CAD-based technical role (retail/architectural preferred)
• Strong AutoCAD (2D) and 3D modelling skills (Sketch Up or similar)
• Detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
