Interior Designer

A leading luxury residential design studio based in Hertfordshire, specialising in exceptional, high-end private homes for high-profile clients across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Interior Designer to join their warm and friendly small team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, all-round designer who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about delivering beautifully considered, detail-driven interiors.

You will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of key design stages and supporting senior designers while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for high-end residential projects
• Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD
• Create FF&E schedules, specifications, and sourcing documentation
• Liaise confidently with high-profile clients, suppliers, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all stages

• 3–7 years’ experience in luxury residential interior design
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency (essential)
• Strong technical drawing and detailing ability
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture
• Highly organised with strong project management capability
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential – regular travel to site and studio required)
• Based within commuting distance of Hertfordshire
