The Creative Production Lead is the senior creative authority within our client studio. You will lead the vision, execution, and evolution of premium video content that translates complex AI and technical ideas into compelling visual storytelling.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will partner with senior stakeholders, direct high-profile productions, mentor a growing creative team, and ensure every output meets a consistent, premium standard.
Duties & Responsibilities CREATIVE DIRECTION & BRAND STANDARDS- Own the creative vision and visual benchmark across all studio output.
- Translate complex briefs into clear, premium storytelling.
- Lead concept development, scripting, and pitch presentations.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent quality.
- Act as the primary creative advisor to stakeholders.
- Align content with business strategy and key messaging priorities.
- Lead presentations and manage feedback with confidence and clarity.
- Exec Produce high-profile shoots, including multi-camera podcasts and executive content.
- Shape the visual language of the studio, ensuring a premium, consistent aesthetic that evolves the client’s brand
- Oversee post-production quality to maintain a premium standard.
- Champion the integration of AI tools into creative workflows.
- Establish clear "concept-to-delivery" pipelines, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scripting, storyboarding, and approvals.
- Partner with cross-functional department leads (Post-Production, Event Techs, Production Management) to ensure creative processes align with wider business operations.
- Implement rigorous quality control (QC) frameworks to ensure zero-defect delivery on technical content.
- Lead and develop the creative video team.
- Collaborate with department leads to ensure organisational alignment and drive workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes and reporting.
- Drive resource planning with the Service Delivery Manager and talent allocation, balancing creative ambition with operational feasibility.
- Facilitate creative reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in both team skills and studio processes.
- Significant experience in senior creative production leadership.
- A strong track record working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep hands-on production expertise (studio and location).
- Fluency in modern post-production workflows and emerging AI tools.
- A collaborative leader who can elevate both people and standards.
- You should be a strong all-round production professional lead with great production and people management skills and a good understanding of all aspects of production.
- Experience translating complex technical or scientific concepts into engaging content.
