Midweight Interior Designer Workplace & Corporate Interiors | London

My client is seeking a talented Midweight Interior Designer to join their London studio, working on high-quality workplace and corporate interior projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically capable designer looking to develop their career within a well-established, collaborative practice.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within a professional design environment of a similar scale and demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, presentation ability, and confidence supporting client interactions.

The Role

You will support the delivery of design excellence across all project stages — from early concept and tender through to completion and handover — working closely with senior designers and wider project teams.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Project
  • Assist with tender proposals and presentation material
  • Support preparation and delivery of client presentations
Project Delivery
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, finishes, materials and furniture proposals alongside senior team members
  • Produce design and technical information in line with project programmes
  • Specify products and materials, considering suitability, sustainability and maintenance
  • Attend client and project meetings
  • Support site reviews and construction stage coordination
  • Assist with project handover and ongoing project reporting
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
  • Ideally 5+ years’ industry experience in a similar role
  • Experience with in workplace or corporate interiors
  • Strong design, presentation and technical skills
  • Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation
  • Revit proficiency essential (assessment included in interview process)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong research ability across furniture, finishes and materials
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Motivated, proactive and keen to progress within a studio environment
