As an Interior Design Business Development professional, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new opportunities within the workplace interiors market. You’ll identify potential clients, open doors to new relationships, and help position the business as a trusted partner for high-quality interior design and fit-out solutions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or commercial career who enjoys proactive outreach, relationship-building, and wants to develop deep knowledge of the interior design and workplace sector.

• Researching and identifying prospective clients within the workplace interiors and design space
• Proactively reaching out to decision-makers via cold calls, email outreach, and social platforms
• Qualifying leads and securing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Keeping up to date with interior design trends, market movements, and competitor activity
• Working closely with internal teams to support a smooth and effective sales process
