Overview
A leading high street supplier is looking to recruit a Footwear Technologist. You will be part of the dedicated Tech team, working alongside the product & design teams to deliver a commercial range. This role will be hands on and will handle of a range of footwear across men's, women's and kid's.
Responsibilities- Hands on and will handle a range of footwear across men's, women's and kid's.
- Part of the dedicated Tech team, working alongside the product & design teams to deliver a commercial range.
- Experienced in footwear within the fashion industry (min 3 year's)
- Knowledgeable about consumer product safety requirements and able to interpret relevant legislation to ensure compliance
- Strong ability to risk assess product and understanding testing and performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
- Highly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business or retail
